Each class is designed to challenge and inspire, using a combination of circuit, metabolic, functional, and strength-based training—either individually or blended for variety and effectiveness.
Every format targets different aspects of fitness, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and move better in everyday life. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, workouts can be modified or intensified to suit your personal fitness level.
To ensure quality coaching and individual attention, class sizes are kept small—limited to 6–8 participants—so you get the guidance and support you need to train safely and effectively.
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Single Session: $60 per session
GROUP TRAINING
All plans require a 4-week minimum commitment
Payment is due at the beginning of each 4-week period
If you decide to pause or stop training, please give 7 days’ notice before your next 4-week cycle
