Every format targets different aspects of fitness, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and move better in everyday life. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, workouts can be modified or intensified to suit your personal fitness level.
To ensure quality coaching and individual attention, class sizes are kept small—limited to 6–8 participants—so you get the guidance and support you need to train safely and effectively.
